At present, we only allow purchases within the UK and therefore we aim to comply with UK GDPR. We will only use your information for the purposes intended. This information is collected simply for us to be able to process your order, collate analytical statistics on website traffic or for marketing/promotional purposes e.g. sending you an email with offers or reviews. There is an additional Email Subscription option available which you can opt In to (or if you have already subscribed) opt Out of.

The data is collected by our website and stored by Wix.com who's platform our website is based upon. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. You can of course request access, amend or delete this personal data collected by placing a request to Kaykins Creation who will then in turn request this from Wix. Once the request is placed, we should receive your data file from Wix within 48 hours. Wix have a variety of security policies, tools and softwares in place to protect our data but they note that they can never fully guarantee 100% protection.

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Please note, we will only ever contact you via email, automated or manually. Outside of using your postal address for deliveries of items you have purchased, if you receive any other communications, this may not be genuine therefore, please contact us directly to raise the concern for us to either confirm or investigate.

Returns Policy:

As we are a small business, we unfortunately cannot accept any returns or refunds. This includes any issues with deliveries however, please do reach out to us if you have any issues so that we can try to help as best as possible.


Shipping Policy:

All items will be shipped within 1>5 days of order confirmation. This is normally based upon size of the item (the larger the item, the longer this will take to package and arrange postage) and/or based upon whether the item is a "made to order" item. 

As we are a small business, we cannot accept any liability for shipping/delivery issues.
If you have not received your item within 1 week of it being marked as posted, please do get in contact with us. 

The Shipping Options available from April 2024 include:
> Tracked 48 (this provides a basic level of tracking of your purchase).
> Tracked 48 Signed (this provides tracking plus signature upon arrival).The cost for each option varies per item that you purchase such as jewellery vs canvas art however, only one total cost will be applied per order at checkout (the highest cost). 

These have been chosen as the safest options due to enabling some level of trackability.
We have chosen not to offer other shipping options at present however, we reserve the right to use alternative options if required. If your purchase is particularly urgent, whilst we still cannot guarantee it's arrival in time, we can potentially work with you to progress this order more quickly. Please contact us in this instance.

Quality & Environmental Policy:

We endeavour to protect the environment wherever possible. This includes us reusing packaging for packing deliveries. This might mean that the packaging is not the prettiest but at least it's helping to reduce waste in the long run. Please rest assured though that the quality of packaging to protect your purchased item(s) will not be compromised in the process.

This website offers visitors the opportunity to view and purchase various art, jewellery and other items. However, any orders that have been placed and paid for, will always be adhered to.

There is no warranty with the products purchased.

Additional shipping policy information:

- Kaykins Creation reserves the right to amend shipping based upon extentuating circumstances. This can include weather impacts, issues with couriers, amending shipping level to suit timeframes (e.g. downgrading shipping if shipping earlier than expected, or increasing shipping if shipping later than expected) which may therefore vary from the price paid at checkout, or increase in costs with chosen carriers. 

- Kaykins Creation only ships to the UK and therefore the chosen carrier in most circumstances is Royal Mail. Royal Mail reserve the right to change their level of deliveries. Kaykins Creation will adapt where possible however, this might be a delayed timeframe in comparison. In some circumstances, Royal Mail may not be the best carrier, therefore Kaykins Creation reserves the right to choose an alternative carrier. As this will be post-checkout, any additional costs involved in this decision will not be passed to the customer and will be handled by Kaykins Creation.
