On my journey to sorting out my digestion issues, I read mountains of research on the importance of good gut bacteria.
I initially began with taking supplements to try and up my good gut bacteria but whilst trialling various brands over time, found they either didn't seem to be doing anything, or actually giving me side effects.
Until I stumbled across these little shots and quite honestly, I'm convinced they must be magic 😂 being both dairy and gluten free were additional plus points (covered in another blog).
The various reviews were what really stood out in that they didn't appear to be basic reviews by bots or paid reviewers but posts by real humans sharing their real experiences. This was enough to convince me to take the plunge and give them a go.
Generally priced at £1.20-£1.50 per 125ml bottle. Available either directly through the Biomel website, or via some supermarkets such as Sainsbury's or Co-op.
I consume half in the morning and half in the evening as this just seems to suit me nicely (partly because the chocolate taste makes me feel like it's also a treat)!
After about 12 days of these, I felt major improvements in my stomach and bowels.
Could it be coincidence that my insides had just healed by about this time or were these little miracle shots? Either way, I don't think you can 100% be sure but I would say that I do actually notice if I haven't had one in 3 days. This is enough proof for me that they work and they're doing some good.
Now being that I was never a milkshake fan, for those of you who may have this similar concern as to whether you'd actually be able to drink them, let me assure you that they're easily drinkable and you do get used to it. They're a good consistency and are not thick or gloopy which makes a difference.
So to conclude, they've got me as a customer for life and a big recommendation from moi!
